Terms & Conditions

Access to and use of the 11111bt platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 11111bt enforces a strict minimum age policy. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. We employ age verification procedures and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point.
• You are registering and using the platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only, and not as a representative of a business or corporate entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 11111bt, nor an immediate family member of any such person. Employees and their associates are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotional offers.
• You do not already hold an existing registered account on the 11111bt platform. Only one account per person, household, device, or shared IP address is permitted.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable local laws. 11111bt does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

11111bt reserves the right to request age verification documents — including a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is completed.

11111bt supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect in the account. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps. 11111bt does not charge any deposit processing fee.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Players may submit one withdrawal request at a time; subsequent requests will be queued pending processing of the prior request.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 11111bt compliance team.
• 11111bt reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.
• Any withdrawal request submitted while a player has an active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements will be held until the wagering requirements are met, unless the player elects to forfeit the bonus balance.
• 11111bt does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name.

All sports bets placed on the 11111bt sportsbook — covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, Test matches, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other available markets — are subject to the platform's general betting rules, which are published in full on the relevant sportsbook help pages and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bet Acceptance & Settlement: A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed on screen or in the player's bet history. 11111bt reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including in cases where: (a) a technical error affected the displayed odds at the time of bet placement; (b) the bet was placed after an event's official start time; or (c) the player is suspected of engaging in match outcome manipulation or syndicate betting.

• In-play bets are subject to the odds available at the moment of acceptance by the platform. Connectivity issues or delays on the player's end do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.
• All cricket match results are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). In the event of a match being abandoned, tied, or reduced due to weather, individual market rules apply as stated in the sportsbook help section.
• Parlays (accumulator bets) are settled once all component selections have been officially determined. If one or more selections within a parlay are voided, the parlay is recalculated with the remaining valid selections.
• For casino games, all results are determined by the certified RNG systems of the respective game provider. 11111bt does not influence game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the game result will be recorded as per the provider's server logs, which are considered the definitive record of the session outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11111bt and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the 11111bt platform or any of its features
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service — whether planned or unplanned
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or information displayed on the platform
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Any technical malfunction, server error, network failure, or data loss affecting the platform
• Losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming decisions made by the player
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners

No Guarantee of Winnings: All sports betting and casino gaming involves risk. 11111bt makes no representation or guarantee that players will profit from their use of the platform. Gambling should only be undertaken with funds a player can afford to lose. 11111bt is not responsible for any financial harm suffered as a result of a player's gambling activity.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 11111bt, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the 11111bt platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 11111bt with respect to your use of the service and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements.
